The MTQPlus assessment is a unique 63 item high-quality psychometric measure that measures Mental Toughness which describes the mindset that every person adopts in everything they do. It is closely related to qualities such as character, resilience, grit, etc.

ILM72

The ILM72 assessment is a reliable psychometric measure which assesses two important elements: 

Adopted Leadership Style (Six Scales) and Leadership Effectiveness in terms of Leadership Behaviour (Three Scales). Using a sliding STEN scale for each scale/continuum it provides the ability to measure the effectiveness of behaviour change interventions giving the test-taker HR/OD teams valuable insights. It is also used in cultural assessment and change initiatives.

TWOI - Team Working Orientation Inventory

The Teamwork Orientation Inventory (TWO) is designed to enable team members to quickly and reliably identify important strengths and weaknesses in the way their team operates – their teamwork orientation. This allows team members to focus on interventions which either consolidate strengths and/or attend to weaknesses in five key areas: Common Goals and Objectives, Effective Communication, Continuous Improvement, Working Together, and Engaging with Success.

AQR 360

The AQR 360 Assessment facility is an online tool for use by organisations for assessing and monitoring key behaviours and competencies in a structured, systematic, and highly effective manner.

Organisations can create their own 360 assessment, using their own competencies and behaviours, developing own items, or draw down items from a database available within the system based on a Generic Competency Framework.

The process produces a report in an innovative workbook format which encourages an individual to reflect purposefully on the feedback provided and with (or without) their line manager or coach to jointly develop a Personal Development Plan. The PDP can be reviewed on an on-going basis.

CARRUS

The Carrus Assessment is part of a complete program designed to assess employability and through that to show people of all ages how to manage their careers and aspirations in the 21st century, irrespective of next job or next employer.



The programme focuses on key qualities which describe Employability. Our research with almost 500 employers showed that, with Mental Toughness, these are the core areas in which they are most interested. Qualities which are consistently associated with performance, wellbeing, and the quickest transition into new and different roles.
